POLICIES - SHIPPING & RETURN

You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 3 days and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified by email upon shipping.

Orders shipping to addresses in Florida are subject to Florida state sale tax.

Your 100 % satisfaction is our goal. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will exchange it or refund your money within 15 days of the date the order was placed. Products that are returned must be in original package and unused. We will not issue a refund on products that have been used. Shipping costs to and from you will be your sole responsibility, unless you return an item that has been damaged.

Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. A photo of the damage item will be required.

If you would like for any reason exchange or return a candle(s), please email us at info@besoy.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please send your return package via UPS or Parcel post insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are damage or lost in transit. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.
